Krueger Consultancy Services supports organisations to engage respectfully and meaningfully with Traditional Owners, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, organisations and stakeholders.

We help organisations plan and facilitate engagement in a way that recognises cultural authority, local protocols and the importance of building relationships over time.

Our support can include:

• engagement planning and consultation design
• stakeholder and community consultation
• facilitation of meetings, workshops and conversations
• Traditional Owner engagement
• advice on cultural protocols and appropriate engagement approaches
• support for projects, strategies and organisational initiatives that require First Nations input
• helping organisations understand who they should engage with and when

KCS can help create the conditions for genuine conversation, ensuring engagement is purposeful, respectful and clear about what people are being asked to contribute.

Where engagement involves local cultural knowledge, Country-specific information, Welcome to Country or other matters of cultural authority, these remain with the appropriate Traditional Owners and community representatives.
