A Reconciliation Action Plan should be more than a document. It should reflect your organisation, your people and the relationships you want to build with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities.

• First Nations engagement and consultation
  Where appropriate, we support respectful engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, communities and Traditional Owner groups. Local cultural knowledge and authority remains with the appropriate Traditional Owners.
• Building cultural capability
  We can support your organisation through cultural capability training, facilitated workshops and learning opportunities that build understanding, confidence and respectful practice.
• Developing the RAP
  We work with your organisation to turn what we have heard into clear priorities, actions, responsibilities and measurable outcomes that are realistic and meaningful.

  Our involvement does not have to end when the RAP is launched. KCS can support governance, RAP Working Groups, leadership teams and implementation planning to help maintain momentum.
