We're excited to share the remarkable impact of the Bunji Mentoring Program, a ground-breaking initiative developed and implemented by Krueger Consultancy Services. This pioneering program is dedicated to empowering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals in the workplace.

The Bunji Mentoring Program was born out of extensive research and collaboration with community leaders. Our focus was on ensuring cultural sensitivity and relevance, key elements in supporting First Nations people as they transition into and sustain full-time employment.
